Do not wait with things in life for retirement, because you never know if you will even live long enough, and have enough health left to do anything.
Don’t wait until retirement to travel across world or start a farm because it will be too late by that time. This is one of the weirdest thing i heard from some people, that they will just have an off-grid farm or travel FINALLY, after their body is 90% broken and they have no energy left. WOOOHOOO, now i can be happy in life. And lonely, and dependent on others to fix things and cut grass. Having a long route to nearby hospital.
By that time you should consider living in a town to have access to people and healthcare.
